The USA has a lot of special days/holidays.

A couple of special days/holidays are New Year’s day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence day, Washington day, Labor day, Columbus day, Veterans day, Birtday of Martin Luther King Jr, Inauguration day, Easter, Valentine’s day, good friday, Halloween and a lot of others.

On the end of the year we shoot firework to celebrate a New Year.

-Easter

It is a christian holiday on easter Sunday Jezus goes out of his grave.
It is also the day that fasting ends.
And on the end you have goodfriday, a day commeration of crucifixion of Jezus.

-Christmas

The most famous days is Christmas, Christmas is a holiday, a day that Jezus is born. On that day comes the Santa Claus with a sledge to the sky to give all the people presents and they buy a Christmas tree (pine) that they decorate with glass balls and lights around the branches.
